Case Description: A fast-growing start-up aims for major expansion in size, through both sustainable and organic growth, as well as new business acquisitions.

Our Role: We have scaled up the global finance operations to the next stage, by instilling focuses on People, Processes, and Product, while being agile and maintaining the balance among these 3 factors during the fast growth phase.

Results:  We have relieved the “growing pains” of resource limitation by hiring and bringing forward high performers. We have also secured cash liquidity by setting up cash forecast process and integrated company dashboard, while putting in financial, operational, strategic processes that safeguard each step in the “taking-off” stage.
