Case Study: “Getting-Fit” Financial Transformation

Case Description: A highly customized business aimed to revitalize one of its largest and oldest operations to keep up with the competition. Utilized Financial reengineering, business control process and lean principles, systematically turned the company profitable.

Our Role: Starting with a holistic organizational diagnosis, we gained a deep understanding of the drivers of the performance issues/opportunities, as well as the team dynamics across levels of the organization.
